RETURNS
Eligibility: We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
Clearance or final sale items
Opened or used items (e.g., figurines, collectibles)
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
